Workshops and training series for your team

The 88 public lessons show the usual way to estimate, tender, bill and close a project. Your company has its own way: its templates, its approval steps, its subcontractors, its country's rules. We run workshops on that and build a training series around it, so new and existing staff learn the process you actually use.

Workshops

• A working session with your estimators, project managers or site team, online or at your office.
• Built on one of your own projects or tenders, not on a demo: quantities, prices, bid comparison, progress billing, change orders.
• Shown in OpenConstructionERP, the free, open-source ERP, so the team can keep using what they practised.
• Topics, length and group size are agreed with you beforehand.

A training series made for your company

We record a short series of lessons on your process, in the same format as the public lessons: one task per video, chapters, and a full transcript. It becomes your onboarding material: a new estimator watches the series and works the way the rest of the team does.

1. Call. You show us how a project runs today and where time or money gets lost.
2. Lesson plan. We send a list of lessons, each with the task it teaches and the documents it uses.
3. Recording. Lessons are recorded on your sample project; you check them before release.
4. Hand-over. Videos, chapters and transcripts, internal or public, as you decide.
