What you will do
You are the technical manager at Balkanterm Stroy EOOD. You keep the site diary, draw up Form 12 acts for concealed works with measured quantities, run incoming inspection of EPS against the declaration of performance, open an NCR with cost and delay, and close the week with signed diaries and an instruction from the site order book. You learn the difference between Form 12 and Form 14 and why Form 2a is for infrastructure.
