Quantity schedule (количествена сметка) and priced BoQ (КСС): a school in Belosten

What you will do

You will measure façade, windows, reveals, roof and painting from dimensions and specifications, with clear rules for deducting openings, assemble the priced bill of quantities (КСС) in the ERP (quantity × unit rate, sections, total, VAT (ДДС) shown separately) and check a draft for typical errors. You are a junior pricing engineer at Balkanterm Stroy EOOD. It prepares you for the paid course “Belosten School: BoQ (КСС), Form 19 certificate (акт обр.) and unforeseen construction works”.

You will be able to

• Measures facade, roof and interior finish areas from dimensions with stated deduction rules
• Derives window areas and reveal lengths from a window schedule in the correct units
• Builds a sectioned bill of quantities (КСС) in OpenConstructionERP: quantity x unit price, section totals, VAT kept separate
• Checks a draft bill of quantities for unit errors, double counting and VAT inside unit prices
• Explains why Bulgarian measurement conventions must be written into the quantity schedule
