School in Belosten: Public Procurement under the ZOP, Art. 72 and Contract Modification

What you will do

You are a member of the evaluation committee of the Municipality of Belosten. You enter a price offer excluding VAT, test every bidder under Art. 72 ZOP (Public Procurement Act) against the average of the others, exclude a bidder whose justification was not accepted, award the contract to the first-ranked bidder and assess a contract modification under Art. 116 ZOP against the 50 % ceiling.
