What you will do
Learning objective: build unit prices by the detailed calculation method (R, M, S, Kz, Kp, Z), check the client's bill of quantities, level subcontractor bids net of VAT, raise an interim invoice after a partial acceptance (VAT, split payment MPP, performance security) and price additional works with price indexation. You are a cost estimator (kosztorysant) at Grabek Budownictwo sp. z o.o. Every figure is recalculated against the case ledger, and every known error is named. The documents and figures follow real Polish practice.
