Haselmoor lot 05: measurement, change orders and final account under VOB/B

What you will do

You are the contractor's site manager: you read the joint measurement as GAEB X31 and edit the bill, price a quantity overrun above 10 % under § 2 (3), work out a change order under § 2 (5) and post it to the contract, and draw up the final account with retention under §§ 14, 16 and 17. Every figure is checked against the ERP or the ledger. Task 1 is free.
