What you will do
You close the hourly-worker social charges table (encargos sociais) under the 2026 non-relieved (não desonerado) and payroll-relief (desonerado) regimes, build unit cost compositions (composições), calculate the BDI (benefits and indirect expenses) with the formula of Acórdão TCU 2622/2013, compare the two regimes and judge the bids against the 75 % and 85 % limits of art. 59. Every value is checked against the case ledger, and every typical error has a name. The first task is free.
