What you will do

You are a cost analyst and later site superintendent at Constructora Cerro Viejo. Calculate the real-wage factor (FASAR), the unit-price analyses (APU) for masonry, the hourly cost of a backhoe, overhead and financing with an advance payment, profit and the five-per-thousand charge (cinco al millar), the bid with 16% VAT and an extraordinary unit price. Every figure is recalculated against the case workbook and every typical error has a name.
