What you will do
Learning objective: get from the rate build-up (sous-détail) to the selling price, level subcontract bids like-for-like, prepare a compliant monthly payment application (price revision, VAT, retention, advance) and price varied works at contract rates. You are a cost estimator at Morvennec Bâtiment, a structural works SME in Ille-et-Vilaine. Price the direct cost (déboursé sec) of the lot 02 priced breakdown (DPGF), build up the selling price, choose the facade subcontractor, prepare the first monthly payment application (BT01 revision, VAT, retention, advance) and price a service order (ordre de service, OS). Every figure is recalculated against the case ledger, and every known error is named. The documents and figures follow real French practice.
