What you will do

You are the Contractor's Senior QS. Set up the payment terms from the Contract Data, build Interim Statement No. 7 in the ERP, value Plant and Materials on Site, take retention up to its limit, repay the Advance Payment, rework the Engineer's certificate, work out financing charges for late payment and release retention at Taking-Over. AED, 5 % UAE VAT, Dubai practice; every figure is checked against the case ledger and every typical mistake has a named hint.

• Build a cumulative Interim Statement under Sub-Clause 14.3 with Variations, Provisional Sums and Plant and Materials

• Rework the Engineer's IPC, payment deadlines and financing charges
• Release Retention Money at Taking-Over and issue UAE VAT tax invoices
