What you will do
You are the quantity surveyor (computista) of Edilcerasa Costruzioni: complete the priced bill of quantities (computo metrico estimativo), separate the safety costs and calculate the tender discount and contract sum, choose the sports floor subcontractor, prepare progress statement (SAL) no. 1 with 0,50 % retention, advance recovery and split-payment VAT, and value a variation with a new rate. Every figure is recalculated against the case ledger and every typical error is named. The documents and figures follow real Italian practice.
