Valdelagua civic centre: from the BC3 file to a new contract rate

What you will do

You are a bid estimator and then site manager (jefe de obra) at Construcciones Arlanzón, a mid-sized contractor in Castilla y León. Rebuild the rate build-ups (precios descompuestos) of an incomplete BC3 file, close the tender base budget (presupuesto base de licitación) with 13% general expenses (GG) and 6% industrial profit (BI), bid with a percentage discount (baja), level roofing subcontract bids like-for-like, prepare the cumulative monthly payment certificate (certificación a origen) and fix a new contract rate (precio contradictorio). Every figure is recalculated against the case ledger, and every typical error is named. The documents and figures follow real Spanish practice.
